I thought my UCF journey ended in May 2005 when I completed my second Master degree program. I almost didn't complete my MS in Management Information Systems due to a bicycle accident during my last semester. I recovered and graduated along with 16 other fellow Master's students.
Several years later UCF eliminated the MS in MIS program along with four other programs due to targeted budget cuts. So by 2010, the degree I secured was no longer offered.
After two decades away, my academic journey at UCF began again over the Summer 2026 semester. I applied for Fall 2026, and I'm attending as a non-degree graduate student. With 12 colleges and more that 220 degree programs, UCF offers a lot of opportunity to learn.
Most UCF Master's programs require 30 credit hours to complete. I'm currently taking one course, CAP5610 Machine Learning, and need to apply to a degree program soon. I'm considering the Robotics and Autonomous Systems MS program.
